Oporto, Portugal

The proposal lives from the site – an intersection of paths and ways that materialize in the concept of the greek stoa. A space that works as an attractive pole and also as a market that promotes the interaction and exchange of experiences and knowledge. The program creates self-employment and enriches the public space.
It is also intended for the proposal to take advantage of the characteristics of the site and use it as a lookout over the city.
